Practicar <em>mindfulness<\/em> implica <strong>entrenar algunes habilitats psicol\u00f2giques concretes <\/strong>que ens permeten <strong>aprendre a relacionar-nos d\u2019una altra manera amb all\u00f2 que ens passa<\/strong>.
