En estas clases grupales guiadas aprenderemos qu\u00e9 es\u00a0mindfulness\u00a0y, sobre todo, lo practicaremos de manera vivencial y sencilla.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Despu\u00e9s de cada sesi\u00f3n recibir\u00e1s el <strong>audio de la pr\u00e1ctica guiada<\/strong>  para poder continuar entrenando desde casa. Adem\u00e1s, el entorno de grupo te permitir\u00e1 compartir el camino con otras personas, enriqueciendo la experiencia y motiv\u00e1ndote a mantener la
